Sioux Falls, SD, USA. I started as a temp in 2015 and was hired as a permanent employee in 2016.
Why did you decide to leave Citi?
I had an opportunity to further my career outside of Citi.
What made you return to Citi?
My previous manager reached out with a management opportunity on her team.
What did you learn at Citi that helped you in your life and/or career?
The ability to work together and learn from each other, as well as a multitude of interview skills that I’ve gained.
What advice would you give to Citi alumni interested in returning?
Reach out to management and colleagues that you’ve worked with and ask if there are any opportunities in areas you are interested in.
How did it feel to return to Citi that first day? What had changed? What hadn’t?
I was nervous but excited at the same time. Since I returned while everyone was remote, it obviously was different in how we worked. But the overall vibe and comradery was the same.
